So beautiful, the combination of Kannada script and likely dozens of layers of peeling paint applied over who knows ho many years. I never get tired of the variations we see everywhere we go.

Wheelie Boy !

We were taking pictures of a site at this streetcorner and as usual the sight of our big camera caused a crowd to gather. Then, seeing the crowd, local bicycle boys would zoom past doing all manner of crazy wheelie stunts on both bicycles and motorcycles, dangerously mugging for the camera each time; they would not stop until we took some photos of their antics.

I love these old Premier Padminis. Like the Hindustan Ambassador, it’s based upon an older set of plans: in this case, I think it’s a 1964 Fiat.
